I am about to embark on a new journey with my birds....clicker training. I have the book, the clicker, the target stick, and journals for each one of the boys. I will keep track of their progress in their notebooks.
As you can see, I am all set to begin maneuvering through these uncharted waters with my boys.
They are also going to be learning three basic colors; red, blue and green. They love looking at pictures in books, so I am going to build on that and see if they can't get some of the pre-school basics down.
Yeah...I'm anal. I love to make everything organized and cohesive. These journals came in a pack of three and also have a box to fit all three in when not in use...color coordinated...of course.
Here is a closer look at the cards I will be using. There are more colors in the box, but I felt three was a good number to begin with. Perhaps I will introduce shapes at a later time. So, wish me luck and check back often, as I will be updating posts on the boys' progress.
I didn't know you were starting this! Wouldn't it be funny if Timothy started making clicker sounds like he does the smoke alarm, Ha, Ha, Ha!!
