Toys, Wonderful Toys

Since Timothy has picked at his feathers all his life, it will be a challenge to change that behavior. It will take time. One of the first toys I introduced to Timothy was the "Paper Puff". He became completely enamoured with this toy. The sound of the crinkly paper rustling, the ring of the bell, the bright colors, all added to the excitement. His eyes began pinning and he proceeded to yank all the papers out and have a delightful chew session.

I must have filled that toy five times since then. I think I need to invest in the company that makes cupcake papers, as I can see dollar signs floating out the window. A small price to pay for less feather picking!
